Apricot Liqueur

From South Tyrol

Apricots, the fully ripe fruits from Vintschgau - above Meran, keep their fruity freshness with their typical, pleasant sour aroma and lifelike in their colour. This liqueur is based on juice, which is handled carefully by the producer. Two or three teaspoons of this apricot liqueur, filled up with dry sparkling wine, arise a marvellous aperitif. It also suits for sorbet or dessert and it's needless to say that it is a must for Südtiroler Marillenknödel.

Blackcurrant Liqueur

Créme de Cassis

Small blackcurrants, in French called "cassis", reveal in our wonderful recipe from Burgundy, what else they can offer than just a whole load of vitamin C: delicate-sharp, refined fruity flavour, at the same time elegant harmony of sweetness and fruit acid. Freshly picked and fully ripe kept in the liqueur, black-red and shining - Créme de Cassis is suitable for many cocktails, for refining desserts like vanilla ice-cream, creams, crépes and sorbets, or can just enjoyed neat ice-cold or on the rocks. Liqueur with colourant

A classic liqueur from the fragrantly aromatic parings of curacao fruits. Fine citrus notes, a light acerbity, and a pleasant sweetness characterize this liqueur. Due to its nice blue colour, it's an excellent, even essential element, for mixed drinks.
