Créme de Cassis
Small blackcurrants, in French called "cassis", reveal in our wonderful recipe from Burgundy, what else they can offer than just a whole load of vitamin C: delicate-sharp, refined fruity flavour, at the same time elegant harmony of sweetness and fruit acid. Freshly picked and fully ripe kept in the liqueur, black-red and shining - Créme de Cassis is suitable for many cocktails, for refining desserts like vanilla ice-cream, creams, crépes and sorbets, or can just enjoyed neat ice-cold or on the rocks.
