Soil: The vines are planted in loose chalky soil on gently sloping and flat ground
Vinification: During the first natural fermentation, the grapes are gently pressed out and kept in cool deep cellars - temperature controlled over weeks and months. The second fermentation continues until the cellarmasters years of experience tell him that Gold Cuvee has reached its perfect quality and amazing sparkle.
Colour: Pink/light red, crystalline, with thin bubbles.
Nose: Fine bouquet, fruity and notes of wild berries.
Mouth: Elegant with very thin and persistent bubbles. A clean dry entry and a well-balanced palate, vinous and lingering.
Matching food: Its freshness and character are ideal as a appetiser or to accompany sea-food, poultry or cheese.
